Responsible for driving all sales appointments through internet leads, leasing, financing and service operations, also develops and implements marketing campaigns for customers through and after the lease cycle.
In this position, you will be responsible for generating additional revenue for the Dealership by selling finance, insurance programs, lease protection products and after-sale items to new and used vehicle customers.
As the Parts Driver your primary responsibility will be to deliver parts to and from the dealerships in the GTA.
The primary purpose of the role will be to serve our guests/vehicles by describing the work to be performed on the vehicle. This includes selling manufacturers recommendations, following up with each guest on the work performed, the estimate/costs and scheduling the next appointment.
A Detailer is responsible for cleaning the vehicle’s interior and exterior using a variety of cleaning equipment and products.
A licensed Technician is responsible for vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned in accordance with dealership and manufacturer’s standards.
Service BDC Representative
A Service BDC Representative is responsible for making outbound calls, booking appointments and building customer interest in purchasing parts and services offered by the Policaro Automotive Dealerships.
An Appraiser is responsible for assessing the damage to a vehicle and preparing a proper estimate/appraisal. Must have knowledge of body repairs, and familiar with Summit Collision Repair System.
A preparation technician will be responsible for preparing vehicles for paint after necessary repairs have been made. Will be responsible for taping, priming and sanding the vehicle.
Jr. Parts Wholesale Advisor
The Wholesale Jr Parts Advisor is responsible for servicing wholesale accounts and ordering parts as needed, handling incoming customer phone calls and e-mails, coordination of parts delivery strategies.
