A Parts Advisor will actively promote the sale of parts and accessories and ensure consistent flow of parts to the shop.

Technician

A licensed Technician is responsible for vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned in accordance with dealership and manufacturer’s standards.

Service Advisor

The primary purpose of the role will be to serve our guests by describing the work to be performed on the vehicle. This includes selling manufacturers recommendations, following up with each guest on the work performed, the estimate/costs and scheduling the next appointment.

Jr. Parts Advisor

The Jr Parts Advisor is responsible for handling incoming customer phone calls and e-mails, coordination of parts delivery strategies and learning the day to day parts processes.

Detailer

A Detailer is responsible for cleaning the vehicle’s interior and exterior using a variety of cleaning equipment and products.

Customer Concierge

Responsible for providing concierge/reception duties primarily focused on answering all incoming calls and meeting and greeting guests for sales and service.

Licensed Technician

A licensed Technician is responsible for vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned in accordance with dealership and manufacturer’s standards.

Reservation Coordinator

The purpose of the role is to ensure all guests are scheduled for a service appointment according to manufacturer recommendations. This requires making outbound calls, booking appointments and building customer interest in purchasing parts and services offered.

Silver/Gold Certified Technician

With a minimum Silver Porsche Certification and 10+ years experience you will be responsible for vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned in accordance with dealership and manufacturer’s standards.

Mobility Coordinator

The purpose of the role is to provide and execute mobility options offered to clients, including shuttle, valet and replacement vehicles.

Sales Consultant

A Sales Consultant is responsible for the selling of new and pre-owned vehicles to guests, while maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

Service Advisor

Parts Advisor

A Parts Advisor will actively promote the sale of parts and accessories and ensure consistent flow of parts to the shop.

An Appraiser is responsible for assessing the damage to a vehicle and preparing a proper estimate/appraisal. Must have knowledge of body repairs, and familiar with Summit Collision Repair System.

Painter

A painter will be responsible for automotive painting, mixing and blending. Must be highly detail oriented to insure precision results.

Preparation Technician

A preparation technician will be responsible for preparing vehicles for paint after necessary repairs have been made. Will be responsible for taping, priming and sanding the vehicle.

Jr. Parts Wholesale Advisor

The Wholesale Jr Parts Advisor is responsible for servicing wholesale accounts and ordering parts as needed, handling incoming customer phone calls and e-mails, coordination of parts delivery strategies.
